A Shot in the Light

The following email was sent to councilwoman Vicki Byrd on 5/4/2022 of last year, 2 days before the election. To make a long story short, separation of powers is the only safety net built in to our government that checks mankind's "ambitions," but somehow we "attorneys" who are judicial officers, as per the ABA (American Bar Association) website, yet somehow they are strewn throughout the remainder of the non-judicial branches (executive and legislative), though these are specifically separated powers due to the conflicts of interest. They also claim they can lie in court filings, or "make mistakes" that are obvious and defamatory, without penalty, while if members of the public do that, it's perjury. A crime. Who decided such an "equitable" rule would guide our courts? An attorney. Rather a judge, but, are they allowed to determine the law, or have they twisted common law into a way to exclude the "common man" by allowing "bench trials" instead of "jury trials," if any trial even happens, that is. All said, it's important we remember judges are simply attorneys in robes, and having betrayed their oaths, the plain written laws of the land, and our people, I don't think the title is one to be envied, in any way. The question is how to fix it, and why we should care. Simply put, James Madison stated in the Federalist Papers,

"For I agree, that there be no liberty, if the power to judge be not separated from the power to make the law."

Thus, the Constitutions of the States and the United States demand that "no member of one branch shall exercise any power properly attached to either of the others." [Texas Constitution Art. 2 Section 1]. To someone who has experienced how this conditioned is damaging to our community first hand, I asked one of the council members to do something about it. We had a chat. Then, not only didn't she bring up any of the contents of this email, she didn't put the item we had discussed on the agenda, though she said she would.

This isn't a new problem, but this is a very serious problem that is undermining the very principles of liberty, and yet I'm willing to bet every city or town in the country with over 10,000 people has at least one attorney on the city council, the commissioners courts are certainly attorneys if not judges, and the mayors / governors / and even our president is an attorney. It makes me believe we were all trained not to think about these types of things, on purpose, because we certainly didn't ever say it was okay for someone to betray the Constitution. This is a conflict of interest, and the way to gauge constituitonality of a rule is 1.) is it too broad, 2) is it too vague, 3) is it too subject to be abused (per the Supreme Court of the US), and this "rule" or unchallenged "oversight" means they are allowing themselves to practically swear an oath to defend conflicting interests, at the same time. Even when well intentioned, a man cannot serve two masters. This is priority #1. Below I mentioned it to Mrs. Byrd, along with some suffering society recently experienced on account of the bold-faced betrayal of our Supreme Law, by those who are supposed to be most familiar with it.

 Mrs. Byrd,

I am still planning to suggest we write in your name for mayor, and the primary issues are as follows.

1) Stop promoting vaccines in our community, as that is causing harm. Seek an injunction in local and federal court barring further distribution of any COVID-19 vaccinations by any medical personnel in the City of Denton subject to criminal liability for injuries — See the Renz Lawsuit I provided for you all so as to understand why we don’t have accurately reported data, at present, which means “the science” being used to make policy decisions isn’t scientific.

2) Sue the CDC for misrepresenting injury data to policy makers intentionally (fraud), and attach the AMA for making doctors fear for their jobs if they provided care to people that were injured as a result of this, allowing it to continue. We have evidence amounting to proof that is true, and they had help from the vaccine manufacturers withholding important trial safety data, which means they are not protected from liability, and we need to get it into court immediately, as to allow juries to decide the truth, which is what the Constitution demands. ONLY the mayor can sue them, which is why we need someone in that office who is willing to do that. Hudspeth is apparently not that person, though he very easily could be, and for that reason we need someone else. Meltzer is still wearing a mask, so, it is unreasonable to have any confidence that he would help us there, either, not to mention the Election Code violations he has been accused of making in this race.

3) Create a committee for reaching out to the community to find out who had similar injuries (they are there if we would only ask), who have been made fearful of mentioning their symptoms as 80% of people who reported these injuries are said to be initially misdiagnosed with anxiety, so people stopped reporting, and only those who were lucky enough to find support groups that are continuously deplatformed are able to clear their medical history and actually get the treatment they need. We need to use that committee to start figuring out the ways we need to support the injured.

4) Execute a Criminal Complaint against Jesse Davis for treason, for openly betraying the Supreme Law of the Land, refusing to acknowledge it as a mistake and resign once made aware, for multiple months. I am just realizing that he is likely to be replaced anyway, which is good, and I’m going to suggest we write in my name in lieu of Chris Watts for place 6, as Watts is an attorney, thus another judicial officer, and that can’t happen. If treason doesn’t matter, when do we abandon the law altogether, stop paying taxes, and return to might is right? What this ultimately amounts to is anarchy versus decency and civility, and our commitment to hold people accountable needs to be done to demonstrate we support the law as it was given us, not as it has been manipulated to allow, to set the precedent around the country that judicial officers are to stay in the Judicial branch only.

There is a lot more to be done than just these things, but, these would be a good start toward restoring the confidence of our people in our system of laws, and the rest can be addressed in time. IMO, there is nothing more important than mitigating the damages and potential for future damages that public agency actions are causing, and this is why I believe our priorities should be in the aforementioned.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Have a wonderful evening,

Stephen Dillenburg
